Masterpan is a global food brand specializing in high-quality yeast products, with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets. As a key player in the baking and foodservice industry, the brand exports its products to multiple countries, requiring packaging solutions that meet global standards while reinforcing brand credibility. Operating at the intersection of food safety, functionality, and shelf appeal, Masterpan aims to deliver professional-grade baking solutions with consistent quality across all regions.
Summary
We developed a full packaging and export box design system for Masterpan to support its growing international operations. Our work involved creating product packaging that visually communicates freshness, reliability, and usability, while also addressing the logistical needs of export distribution. The shipping boxes were designed not only for visual consistency but also for durability, ease of handling, and optimized space efficiency. This comprehensive design approach allowed Masterpan to maintain a cohesive brand presence from shelf to shipment.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to design packaging that would be distinctive on shelves across various countries and retail formats, while also complying with global food safety regulations. Since Masterpan exports large volumes of goods, the structural integrity of the boxes during long-haul shipping was another critical consideration. The branding had to strike a balance between professional credibility and consumer-friendly appeal, ensuring that the packaging worked equally well in both retail and industrial contexts.
Solutions
We crafted a clean, functional visual identity that reflected the brand’s international ambition and product reliability. Packaging designs featured bold, easy-to-read typography, color-coded product categories, and a layout system optimized for clarity and shelf recognition. Export boxes were built with strong materials and minimal yet informative branding, prioritizing stackability and logistical practicality. The end result was a visually unified, technically sound packaging system that enhanced both the customer experience and operational efficiency in global trade.
