Letgo is a leading online marketplace that allows users to buy and sell second-hand goods locally. With a dynamic and youthful brand identity, Letgo sought to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees by providing a thoughtfully designed welcome kit. The goal was to create a cohesive set of branded items that reflect the company’s culture and values.
Summary
We designed a comprehensive welcome kit for Letgo’s new employees, including branded items such as a notebook, pen, mug, thermos, keychain, and stickers. The kit also featured a custom-designed box that aligns with Letgo’s visual identity. This initiative aimed to foster a sense of belonging and enthusiasm among new team members from their first day.
Challenge
The main challenge was to design a set of items that are both functional and reflective of Letgo’s vibrant brand personality. Each item needed to be practical for daily use while also serving as a symbol of the company’s culture and identity.
Solutions
We selected high-quality, everyday items and customized them with Letgo’s branding elements, such as the logo and corporate colors. The packaging was designed to create an unboxing experience that resonates with the company’s youthful and energetic image. This cohesive design approach ensured that new employees feel welcomed and connected to the Letgo brand from the outset.
