Balmy is a well-established personal care brand known for its high-quality bath accessories, particularly bath sponges, and is sold widely across Turkey in major retail chains. With a reputation for combining comfort and innovation in everyday hygiene routines, the brand recently expanded its product range with the launch of soap-infused bath sponges, targeting both functional use and sensory experience in bathing. These new products required a fresh, visually appealing presentation strategy suitable for both e-commerce and retail campaigns.

Summary

We managed the end-to-end visual launch of Balmy’s new soap-infused sponge series. The project began with product photography designed for e-commerce, where we created high-quality mockups showcasing the products in clean, appealing settings optimized for online listings. Following that, we designed a bold key visual to support the marketing rollout of the new line, ensuring visibility across digital platforms and retail print materials. In addition, we created a limited-edition New Year’s 4-pack packaging concept to help the brand drive seasonal sales and gift-oriented appeal.

Challenge

The key challenge was to present a traditionally simple bath accessory in a way that highlights its innovative soap-infused feature, while aligning with Balmy’s established visual language. The imagery had to balance functionality and lifestyle aesthetics to appeal to a broad customer base-from regular users to gift shoppers. Additionally, creating a seasonal packaging concept that felt festive yet still consistent with the brand required nuanced creative direction.

Solutions

We approached the product photography with a clean and versatile mockup strategy, allowing for seamless use across e-commerce platforms and promotional visuals. For the launch campaign, we developed a high-impact key visual that communicated both the sensory benefit and practical value of the new sponge format. The special New Year’s 4-pack was designed with gifting in mind, incorporating festive elements while maintaining Balmy’s minimalist brand identity. Altogether, these visuals enhanced product visibility, supported multi-channel sales efforts, and positioned the new line as both functional and emotionally engaging.
